Shiny color with silvery hints. The nose is characterized by freshness and intensity, with citrus (pomelos, lemon), and white flowers notes. The mouth holds the promises of the nose, reconciling tonic freshness and length. Can be served as aperitif. It will perfectly match with seafood, grilled fish, exotic dishes or even fresh cheese. Best served between 8°C and 10°C.
