Tasting Notes

Colour : Pale salmon pink.

Nose : Strawberry and raspberry with citrus notes.

Palate : Light bodied, it has flavours of lemon zest, raspberry, cherry and bright strawberry notes. The combination of fruit and balanced acidity gives a rich plush palate with length and freshness. 

Food Pairing : Serve with vegetarian pizza, or creamy seafood laksa. 

Just as the name suggests, our Flavabom Rose is a floral delight of strawberry and pear flavours. The fresh flavours pop on the palate with a crisp acidity and fruitful finish that invites a second glass to enjoy. 

The vineyard at Scotts Creek has red loam overlying ancient limestone, perfect for producing a vibrant Rose. The lifted juicy fruits with balanced acidity gives a rich flavabom experience as promised. Best served chilled.
