Tasting Notes
Description : The color is deep and pur ple, the nose is rich with black fruit aromas, and gingerbread grade. The mouth is elegant, with the tannins are silky and persistent. This is an excellent vintage.
Vinification : Manual and mechanical harvesting, hand sorting, total de- stemming, mechanical crushing, fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Ageing : In oak barrels for 12 months (60 % new), fining with egg white.
Harvest : from 27 september to 10 october 2018
