A rich tapestry of flavours from the vine dried Shiraz grapes which has been captured by the reduction in grape content and increased skin to juice proportions.

This is an elegant and full flavoured wine which brings strength in flavour with finesse and grace.

Tasting Notes

Colour : Dark Purple with red hue.

Nose : Rich dark berry fruits with spicy notes of pepper and dried herbs.

Palate : This full bodied red wine has rich fruit flavours of black cherry and Satsuma plum. The mid  palate shows spice, black pepper and toasty oak flavours. It is balanced by the soft ripe tannins and natural acid to provide a mouth filling experience.

Food Pairing :

Rich meaty dishes like smoked brisket with barbeque sauce, or Scotch fillet and mashed  potatoes are perfect to have with this flavoursome wine.
