Tasting Notes

Colour : Light straw with green highlights.

Nose : Orange blossom and fresh pineapple with wet stone minerality.

Palate : Medium in body, it has flavours of peach, lime and pineapple. Co-fermentation of the fruit delivers a richness and length to the wine. The fruit spectrum is deep with richness and length.

Food Pairing : Perfect to serve with seafood paella, or spaghetti carbonara in a garlic cream sauce.
